A return visit by Nicola Tallis, local historian and author. Nicola’s new book, “All the Queen’s Jewels 1445-1548: Power, Majesty and Display” was released last year and celebrates the Platinum Jubilee of the Queen’s Coronation.
Nicola will fill out some of the details of this wonderful national collection of jewels and copies of her book will be available for purchase.
As this is the last meeting of 2023, there will be wine, soft drinks and nibbles available after the talk, so please bring something to share.
