Launch of the Project

This leaflet, circulated to all households in early June 2012, launched the joint Neighbourhood Plan project and invited residents to attend a public meeting in Freshford Memorial Hall to set up Working Groups to consider key aspects of the Plan.
50 residents attended the meeting on 26th June, when they heard presentations from members of the Management Group and were introduced to the four residents who had agreed to act as Chairmen of the Working Groups.  Many joined one or other of the Groups then and there, while others signed up as the meetings of the Groups got under way.
